Coaches

All Volunteers Must:

1. Complete a background check EVERY SEASON

2. Submit current First-Aid and Concussion Training Certificates (renewed every 3 years)

3. Send completed forms and copy of certificates to:

Coaches Information

All practices should be limited to 1 1/2 hours at the most.

Please share the fields if the park is busy.

If one of your games has been cancelled or postponed...please let Jason Eckenberg know immediately.

If you re-schedule a game...you must notify Jason Eckenberg to schedule the field and Umpires with at least 3 days notice.

A COACH MUST REMAIN AT PRACTICE/GAME UNTIL ALL PLAYERS HAVE BEEN PICKED UP BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN.



Pitch Counts

MYAS 9U-16U 

• If a player pitches 1-20 pitches in a day, zero (0) calendar day of rest must be observed.
• If a player pitches 21-40 pitches in a day, one (1) calendar day of rest must be observed.
• If a player pitches 41-60 pitches in a day, two (2) calendar days of rest must be observed.
• If a player pitches 61-65 pitches in a day, three (3) calendar days of rest must be observed.
• If a player pitches 66+ pitches in a day, four (4) calendar days of rest must be observed.
